TERMS OF SERVICE AND END USER AGREEMENT

CHAT ROOM FEATURE

Chat room feature is strictly for game status and game related communication. Use of the chat feature for any malicious or illegal activities is prohibited. If you are under the age of 18, you are required to have permission from a parent or a legal guardian for the use of the chat room feature. Sending/requesting any sensitive or private data is prohibited. Chat room data is monitored and can be reported to proper authorities if any type of illegal or malicious activity is detected. If thuruppu.com learns that the chat room feature is being misused, then thuruppu.com will take the appropriate legal action as necessary.

JUDICIAL REMEDIES

You hereby agree that if the terms of this Agreement are not specifically observed, thuruppu.com will be irreparably damaged, and therefore you agree that thuruppu.com shall be entitled, without bond, other security or proof of damages, to appropriate equitable remedies with respect to your breach of any of the terms of this Agreement, in addition to any other available remedies.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold thuruppu.com, its partners, affiliates, contractors, officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from and against any and all damages, losses and expenses arising directly or indirectly from your breach of this Agreement.

Other Rules and Information

You must be 13 years or older to access and use thuruppu.com. thuruppu.com does not promote gambling. Software and Services provided by thuruppu.com will strictly be used for amusement purposes only and not any gambling related activities. Our Service may contain links, advertisements to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by thuruppu.com. thuruppu.com does not claim nor accept any responsibility for any privacy policies, practices, operations, and/or procedures of such advertisements/websites/links. Installing, using or accessing thuruppu.com Services confirms your acceptance of these terms

APPLICABLE LAW

thuruppu.com and this Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the United States of America and that any dispute regarding them shall be heard exclusively by the courts of the United States of America.
